As a young sprite, her days were punctuated with the sounds of ‘kiais’ and the discipline of the dojo. That fierce determination saw her not only mastering karate chops but also carving out a path in the wellness industry. Today, she channels that same discipline and passion to transform lives at Reshape. She’s not just our head coach; she’s our guiding star, proving that sometimes the journey from martial arts to fitness is just about following your heart (and maybe throwing in a kick or two!). When she’s not crafting the perfect fitness routine, you’ll probably find Aleksandra reminiscing about her karate days, all while enjoying a good cup of matcha tea.
